Like the other big ships, you really want them to take their time on the Polaris to get it right, since it's much easier to make tweaks and changes while they're working on the ship than going back months after release and making tweaks. If you look at ships that are releasing this year on the progress tracker, the art tasks stop a month or so before the end of the quarter, and tech content starts wrapping up maybe a few weeks before the end of the quarter - tech content (and the other downstream teams: sfx, vfx, animation, etc) generally need a good amount of time to work on the ship after art is complete.
